It was upside down and the legs were kicking and it didn’t look like it would be able to turn itself over. What a bummer! By the way, the deer reminded me of the wolf story where a baby had to die because it’s father ran around the proximity for hundreds of miles around its den and couldn’t find a caribou because the wind didn’t blow in that direction. I really wish we could’ve dropped the dead deer closeby so that it could’ve survived.]]>
